Doctor Woof 2: The Hairy Screamer
Written by NetBear on May 18, 2008 – 3:00 pm -The original Doctor Woof sci-fi parody knocked our socks off. And the Doctor Woof 2 teaser “Fever” made us squirm with antici….pation. But now the sequel is finally here. It’s Doctor Woof 2!

Once again Jonathan Robinson, the Manbears and writer/editor Gerard Gudgion take no prisoners in this sci-fi parody gone amuck. The sequel begins with the Dawn Of Bears, taking a shot at some simian evolution from 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Doctor Woof and (his) Willy don’t hang around there for long. They’re off to find some sweaty bear-on-bear action at The Disco At The End Of The Universe. As seen in the Fever teaser reel, our heroes visit “Camp Tina’s Bar”, where according to Doctor Woof, “Every sleazy gay life form will be in there. And not all of them are friendly.”

They tussle with some of the locals. But soon discover that there may be a Wereookie in the house that’s being tracked by none other than Captain Jock, the fantastically handsome star of the Doctor Woof spin-off series, Morningwood. LOL! Told you it was a fast-paced parody. And pay close attention to find out how Willy earns his beads.
The duo encounters those naughty Cybermen from the Fever preview having a metal bang in the basement. But it sounds awful squeaky and emm… forced. What *will* they do to smooth out that situation? This is the world of Doctor Woof, after all.

Woof and Willy encounter a blond haired “gurl” desperately looking for “Ripley” from the Alien movie series. She gets sent on her way to make way for the next scene. Soon a plastic-wrapped bubba runs past the guys with a gun toting hit-man in close pursuit. Has the storyline turned into a murder mystery? Let’s just say that the Tyrell corporation has been at it again. I don’t want to give all the fun away. The boys do eventually find their Werewookie.
Back upstairs a big furry bird man is elated to scream out, “Doctor Woof is alive!” Shortly after that we meet red head Leeloo. She needs to get heated-up real quick so we can save the world. Time to queue the big Fever musical number.

If you liked the previous Doctor Woof productions we know you’ll love Doctor Woof 2. What are you waiting for? Gentlemen, start your videos!
Gerard Gudgion has put together a fast-paced sci-fi spoof that is guaranteed to bring belly laughs to any sci-fi loving bear who watches it. All we can say is, MORE PLEASE! And what about this Captain Jock?
