Phil Margera, The Gentle Giant And Bam’s Fall Guy
Written by BignFuzzy on June 25, 2008 – 5:52 am -Did you ever watch Jackass or the follow-up show Viva La Bam
? Bam Margera was always up to some crazy shenanigans. The part of the show I remember most was when he’d play tricks on his dad, Phil Margera. If ever there was a big Gentle Bear, it would have to be Phil.
Poor Phil… As Bam’s stooge he would get knocked from pillar to post and never lose his cool — well, almost never.
Phil and April Margera smile nervously as they wonder if that boy of theirs is gonna hit ‘em with a pie or a paintball. You just never know!

Phil gets some more rough treatment from bad boy Bam.

Here’s Phil shirtless and showing-off some sexy. That’s one furry bear!

Think you want to have a whack at Phil? This limited edition punching bag might be the ticket. Use it in the privacy of your own home with your own attachments.

That Bam… In this photo he forced Phil to wear an “It’s Better In Chester” t-shirt. Oops! It’s way too small. Big furry belly ahoy!

Here it is: Phil tries to take a quiet moment on the throne and ends up stripped naked! He’s still relatively calm considering what’s going on! That’s a nice chest and belly, oh yeah!
Phil gets attacked all day, while napping, while on the phone, poor guy! He’s such a big ol’ teddy bear though isn’t he?
If you ever wondered how Phil Margera got his love for good eats, look no further than his wife April. She is well known on Viva La Bam for cooking up a storm. April has a new cookbook out entitled April Cooks “There’s An Alligator In My Kitchen” where she shares 96 recipes from the Margera family. It’s also loaded with over 100 exclusive family photos from April’s personal collection.
But wait! There’s more! In typical Viva La Bam style, this is more than just a cookbook. Recipes include Fake Blood, Fake Dog Poop, The Don Vito, Busted Bam… You get the picture. Sounds like fun though.
With all this abuse from Bam, it looks like Phil needs to exercise his authority a little here and give that young man some of his own medicine, don’t you think? Big Phil’s birthday is coming up July 13th. What a great gift a revenge prank would make.

Unless Phil and April are getting paid a boatload of money to put up with their son’s abuse, I’ve never understood why Phil doesn’t simply clock Bam upside the head and tell him to knock it off. Even if Bam has the brass to press charges, no jury would convict once they saw the tapes.

I had a math teacher in High School who looked a lot like him. No lie.
