Tom Fort and Peter Johanson Form New Bear Band SunCity

Tom Fort is doing a new project with ex-Bearforce1 member Peter Johanson. Their new bear-band is called SunCity.

Bearotic has some exclusive photos taken at their first photo shoot in Germany and a live video performance.

Peter and Tom met in a restaurant in Amsterdam. Until that faithful meeting they had only heard about each other through TV and the internet. Peter was planning to leave Bearforce1 and Tom was looking for a co-singer to form a band.

The synergy was there right away so the two formed a new group called SunCity. They are working on a new CD with producers in Dusseldorf, Germany, and Amsterdam in The Netherlands.

Earlier in life Peter had sung in many childhood choirs. Year later he founded the band Bearup with a friend. Later he was discovered by Bearforce1. He has traveled half the world with the band. But he wanted the opportunity to sing more and express his creativity.

In the armed forces Tom sang with the navy choir. Later he performed as a backing singer for several international projects. Later in 2007 his first solo hit Where Are You was released by BMC Entertainment.

Tom and Peter are signed by TMRecords in Germany and their new CD will be released in July. The video has been filmed on location in Kaldenkirchen, Germany.
