Hairrison Street Fair And San Francisco Bear Week

The world’s biggest bear block party returns for it’s 5th year with more entertainment and woof-packed fun than ever! Hairrison Street Fair takes place Sunday, August 31st, over Labor Day Weekend.

But there’s more to Hairrison… Starting August 23rd all the way through September 1st, San Francisco Bear Week is full of furry goodness for you to enjoy. There’s ten days and nights of events ranging from beer busts to live shows, giant dance parties to intimate sing-a-longs.

This year Hairrison Street Fair has been completely redesigned. Now there’s lots of places to mingle and cavort, hang out and relax. New beer & wine gardens and the new “Fur Beach” tea dance will give you lots of space. Da bears wouldn’t have it any other way!

The easiest way to enjoy a full week of events are the Team Bear Tags. These metal dog tags come with a chain to hang around your neck and they get you in to almost everything for free — including VIP tickets to two premiere dance parties.

The tags also get you discounts on beer and official merchandise. But, best of all, proceeds benefit Team Bear, the AIDS LifeCycle Team which raised $150,000 for AIDS services this year!

You can buy your tags online and pick them up nightly beginning Aug 23rd at the Lone Star Saloon from 7PM-10PM.
