Levi’s Wants You To Unbutton Your Beast
Written by NetBear on October 2, 2008 – 5:55 am -Of course every gay man knows about the advantages of wearing button fly jeans. But now Levi’s wants you to get more familiar with them. As part of a new marketing campaign they want you to “Unbutton Your Beast.”

At the site you are presented with a pair of button fly jeans that seem to have a weasel flopping around inside them. The jeans eventually pop open to introduce you to the application.
Select from nine different beasts that each have their own unique personality. Then put your selection into your online pair of jeans and have the beasty say something to your friends.
Each of the nine button fly beasts has their own unique… um… personalities. From Trout Troutman to Paul The Pincher, they’re all pretty tame. This *IS* a family jean company, after all. But there are a few funny innuendos that come through.

My sword might be tiny but my poke is mighty!
Once you’ve selected a beast you can have them say a pre-made message or you can phone in to record your own unique one. Of all the pre-made messages Honky Tonk Hank the pig has the funniest.

I’m a bad pig. And what’s a bad pig to do?
When I really wanna cause some trouble with you.
You gotta hand it to Levi’s for this one. It’s a pretty edgy campaign. Too bad that the the humor isn’t a little more risque. But you can always let your own voice do the talking.
Of course, we’re still shocked that Sammy the trouser snake didn’t make the cut!
Visit Unbutton Your Beast and give that beast some fresh air!
