Written by NetBear on October 7, 2008 – 5:12 am -A while back we told you about a hot dance party that’s going to happen soon in San Francisco. Remember The Red Party is going to serve-up RED HOT disco seasoned with love. Now RTRP is coming up fast. It’s this Sunday!
Are you ready for RTRP? Got your red outfit ready? Make sure it’s easy to dance in, light and cool cuz it’s gonna be a steamy Troc night. To help inspire you we got our hands on some outtakes from the RTRP poster shoot that we know you’re gonna like. That furball model Dan sure is a hottie!
Dan is the model you may have seen sitting in the moon for the Remember The Red Party poster. Like the other models used in the Remember The Party and Flashdance SF parties, Dan is a bearish kind of guy, selected for the shoot because of his naughty cub looks.
Do you know where the RTP team got the idea for the bear sitting in the moon? By now you may have realized that the poster parodies a famous disco album cover from Donna Summer
Here’s a really hot shot of Dan smiling during a break at the photo shoot. You get a nice close-up view of his furry chest and beard. Woof!
The photographer for the shoot, ELAREE, said that it was easy to get good shots of Dan. “He’s a really sweet guy… And after all we put him through he didn’t complain once.” Here’s another photo that confirms it.

DJ Jerry Bonham will spin the hot disco tracks of love this Sunday, October 12th, from 6PM to 3AM at the Glas Kat, formerly known as The Trocodero Transfer. It’s at 520 4th Street in San Francisco. Tickets are $20 in advance from remembertheparty.com or Medium Rare Music. Or $25 at the door on the night of the event.
