Based out of Sacramento, California, this duo travels statewide doing photography that covers a full range of portrait and photojournalism. But it was their “men’s photography” that gave us pause to take a second look.

Rich and Ray have a way with creating nostalgic images, reminiscent of old time western and boudoir photos. This works really well for the rustic type of man’s man, including of course — the bears.

It’s not easy for a photographer to bring out the natural playfulness, masculinity and good looks from the ordinary guy. After all, they’re not trained models. They only know how to be themselves. Rich and Ray make it all look so easy.
