It depicts a nude male figure in two superimposed positions with his arms and legs apart and simultaneously inscribed in a circle and square.
Otter Fashion has taken some liberties with that design and made it into a t-shirt design that really rocks. The design is also available in a blue t-shirt with sizes up to 3XL.
