There will be xix full hours of House music brought to you by San Francisco Bay Area DJs Agent Adam, Dann Edmond, Papa Tony and dabecy. Later in the evening there will be a special live performance by electro artist Robot Bomb Shelter.
The Party starts at 5 PM on Sunday, March 14, 2010 and goes till 10 PM at the Bench & Bar, 510 17th Street, Oakland. This is also the monthly BnB bear party. Join ‘em for a great evening. See you there!

Bears Cologne Photo Shoot For Bear Pride
Written by NetBear on March 4, 2010 – 11:00 am -The first step in planning any big event is to get the publicity poster photography done. When the Bears Cologne club decided to do a big bash for their Bear Pride 2009 celebration, they got together a group of very yummy guys for a photo shoot.
As you can see, these bears really get into their work. The shirts came off at this photo shoot over and over again. And the pretty cake gets eaten in quite a sticky way. This is a job we’d all like to have. Sweet!

Sandia Bears’ Bare Bones ABA Run
Written by NetBear on February 18, 2010 – 10:33 am -The Sandia Bears are finalizing plans for their Bare Bones Bear Run in April, American Bear Awakening. It’s a weekend of hot tubs, trains, food and drink with no run fee, all the while raising money to support their local LGBT community.
What’s a “Bare Bones” bear run, you ask? Given the times, the Sandias have made this bear event as cheap as possible. There isn’t any run fee. So you pay only for the parts of the event that you want to attend in a pay-as-you-go manner.
You’ve still got plenty of time to work this event into your busy spring social calendar. ABA will be in Santa Fe, New Mexico, from April 8th through 11th this year.

Bear Essentials From The Harbour City Bears
Written by NetBear on February 8, 2010 – 4:29 pm -The Harbour City Bears are now famous for their furry event for the hirsute man, held every year during the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. Their Bear Essentials is Australia’s largest gay event for bears and cubs! And now in its 14th fantastic year, Bear Essentials is an official Mardi Gras event.
Bear Essentials 14 - “Between The Flags”
Bear Essentials has been running for fourteen years now, and each year they aim to send their guests home with a smile on their faces. Many local Sydneysiders take the whole week off work just so they can attend all the events, or hook up with international travelers visiting Sydney.
They have some “old faithful” events that return year after year. But in 2010 they intend to spice things up with new events and special guest DJs from both interstate and overseas. US DJ Rotten Robbie, famous for playing the Lazy Bear pool parties, and Melbourne’s Rob Gilbert (Beyond) head the impressive line up of 7 DJs from 5 countries.

Dallas Bears Bring Roman Pantheon To TBRU XV
Written by NetBear on December 20, 2009 – 5:59 am -The Dallas Bears are busy putting together their 15th anniversary Bear Round-Up: TBRU - XV PANTHEON. It’s going to be a weekend long event of fun, fur & friendship this March 18th - 21st.
Their theme this year, Pantheon, is a fun play on all things Greco-Roman, from those ancient gods & mythological figures that would today be described as Bears including Zeus, Hercules, Bacchus, Pan, Poseidon, Aries and all the rest.
TBRU is held every spring in the great city of Dallas in the great Lone Star state. The Dallas Bears invite one and all to join them on their bath excursions or to the Ft. Worth Stock Yards, indoor pool party’s, Hospitality Suite, event dinner and activities at 300 Dallas, the Bear Dance, Mr. TBRU contest, bar events and BBQ. TBRU is a “party with a purpose” as all proceeds are donated to local charities.
The event art and illustrations were generously donated by Dubon Bear of Rome, Italy & is sure to get your blood pumping.

Mike Tattersall Is Mr. Ottawa Leather 2010

Mike received the title of Mr. Leather Ottawa 2010 on the evening of Saturday November 14, 2009. Mike Loucks placed 2nd runner-up and Christopher Davidson made 1st runner-up. All competitors were scored on the popular “Meet The Meat” segment, private interviews with the judges and the stage competition.

Titles will be awarded for International Bear Cub, International Daddy Bear, International Grizzly Bear, and the overall title of International Mr. Bear. If you are interested in being a contestant, they must receive your applications on or before Thursday, December 17th, 2009.
