There will be xix full hours of House music brought to you by San Francisco Bay Area DJs Agent Adam, Dann Edmond, Papa Tony and dabecy. Later in the evening there will be a special live performance by electro artist Robot Bomb Shelter.
The Party starts at 5 PM on Sunday, March 14, 2010 and goes till 10 PM at the Bench & Bar, 510 17th Street, Oakland. This is also the monthly BnB bear party. Join ‘em for a great evening. See you there!

Polar Bear Weekend Warms Up January

There will be attractions for everyone including the Mr. Russian River Leather contest, Lady Bear’s old timey Cabearet night featuring Glamamore, comedian David Hawkins and that sexy Jason Whipple.

Lazy Bear Weekend Takes A Break For 2010
Written by NetBear on October 14, 2009 – 12:24 pm -Today it was announced by their board of directors that the popular summertime event Lazy Bear Weekend at the Russian River will be taking a break in 2010.
Citing their wanting to respect the 2010 Gay Games in Cologne, the Lazy Bear Board dismissed all the crazy rumors circulating on the net. Taking a break also gives them a much needed year off to redesign, restructure and re-assess the processes of producing a huge fund raising event like this.

Marriage Equality 2010 Sign From The Castro
Written by NetBear on June 3, 2009 – 12:10 pm -After visiting the go-go bears at Bear Party last Sunday afternoon, me and the husbear decided to go to the Castro to have dinner. While walking around the neighborhood we noticed some interesting signs and postcards.

At first I was a little perplexed. But within a few seconds you get the meaning of this somewhat cryptic iconography. Very cool, eh? Print out the large version and show it to everyone you know. It will help get the message out for marriage equality while making for some fun conversations.
The signs have a small URL printed on them for America United For Marriage. But at present there is a placeholder web page displayed. Hopefully the authors of this great imagery will surface soon.

Holy furball! After months of nagging from yours truly, Schultz has planned a San Francisco launch for issue 9. It’s gonna be from 7PM–10PM on Saturday, June 20th, at the Silverman Gallery, 804 Sutter Street. The legendary After Party will start 10PM at Gang Way, 842 Larkin Street with DJ Bus Station John.
With the beach theme it makes sense that this launch will be in sunny California, right? So now… Can I see hands for who wants to come down and put some suntan lotion on Evan?

Saddle Up For A Los Angeles Fundraiser
Written by NetBear on April 22, 2009 – 5:20 pm -Mr. International Daddy Bear 2009, Joe Mannetti, and Mr. Long Beach Leather 2008 Matthew McLean are back in the saddle again with the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence at a Los Angeles fundraiser for The Life Group.
The event will be on Friday, May 8th, at The Bullet Bar, 10522 Burbank Blvd., in North Hollywood. Doors open at 8:30PM. $5.00 donation requested.
The Life Group LA is a coalition of people dedicated to the education, empowerment and emotional support of persons both infected and affected by HIV/AIDS so that they may make informed choices and decisions regarding their healthcare and personal well being. Founded in 2005 The Life Group LA provides free of charge, much needed information and emotional support through medical forums, emotional support groups and the POZ Life Weekend Seminar. All services are offered in a non-judgmental and safe environment with compassion and understanding.
