Bear Tube: Pink Noise Colton, Bears In Games, La Roux Français, Bleeping Disney
Written by NetBear on February 26, 2010 – 2:37 pm -
Here’s a blast from the past that combines three hot & furry talents in one. Colton Ford’s abs get almost as much camera time as his face as he sings That’s Me. Rapper Cazwell chimes-in with some slightly NSFW raps. And it’s all Rich Morel’s Pink Noise Mix. WOOF!
We finally get a look at the woofy Bear In Games guys. We kinda like watching the boys couching it as they take on Final Fight 2. “Don’t punch Chung-Lee! Her thighs will kill you!”
You might not understand the questions. But the answers are golden. La Roux diva Elly Jackson works her swoop and shows-off her outspoken personality on a French TV program. And she explains how she chose the name “La Roux.”
Amazing how a well placed bleep sound can totally change our interpretation of a scene. Even an uber-cute Disney film isn’t safe from the effect.

Prince Of Persia First Pic Of Jake Gyllenhaal
Written by NetBear on July 19, 2009 – 6:47 pm -It’s looking like Jake Gyllenhaal’s character of Prince Dastan from Jerry Bruckheimer’s epic Prince of Persia: Sands of Time is coming together in the cutting room. EW recently got a first official pic from the movie. All the previous ones were “paparazzi photos.”

For Jake Gyllenhaal, playing Prince Dastan was a chance to get into some serious action. “I’m tired of taking myself so seriously,” says the actor, who found himself sword-fighting, climbing walls, and jumping off of buildings as part of the prince’s quest to find an enchanted dagger and turn back time. “It’s nice when a stuntman turns to you and is like, ‘Actors don’t normally do this.’”
Hey, just like in the original video game! Prince of Persia: Sands of Time is due May 28th, 2010.

Myst Game Released For The iPhone
Written by NetBear on May 15, 2009 – 5:27 am -I know that I’ll be dating myself by making this statement. But… I just got one of those feelings like I’ve gotten a bit older. (In my best grandpa voice) I remember when Myst was THE computer game for the Mac and PC. Well, guess what… The boys from Cyan are back with Myst for the iPhone
.
Back in the day, (grandpa isn’t through yet) Myst was the first computer game that made people ooh and ah when they saw it. The rendered screen images of fantastic worlds were unheard of back then. Everyone was used to clunky bit-mapped graphics. Myst had (OMG) lighting and shading. Oooh… Ahhh…. (See?) It was the best selling computer game of all time until The Sims stole the title away in 2002.
Grandpa is going to go fire up his CRT now so he can bask in its glowing warmth for a little while.
