Jason Alexander Is New Jenny Craig Spokesperson
Written by NetBear on January 8, 2010 – 5:07 am -Bad news for all the guys who’ve loved chunky Seinfeld star Jason Alexander. He’s signed-up to be the new spokesperson for Jenny Craig and intends to lose thirty pounds. That’s a lot for a guy of Jason’s height.
Alexander, 50, joins the ranks of Valerie Bertinelli, Queen Latifah and others who have worked with Jenny Craig to lose weight and promote the company’s programs and products. The former KFC spokesperson says he was drawn to Jenny Craig after watching footage of his recent appearances in film and television.

World AIDS Day Tomorrow

The World Health Organization established World AIDS Day in 1988, providing governments, national AIDS programs, faith organizations, community organizations and individuals with an opportunity to raise awareness and focus attention on the global AIDS epidemic.
In the gay community we were at one point bombarded by AIDS information. So it’s easy to feel like we know everything there is to know about this disease. But not everyone in our community seems to know that much about it anymore — especially the young cubs.
So please, take a few minutes to educate yourself and the people you care for. And if you have some time, visit the World AIDS Campaign to learn how you get involved.

Storm Shaves It Off For Movember Fund Raiser

At the start of Movember (formerly November) guys register with a clean shaven face. The Movember participants, known as Mo Bros, then have the remainder of the month to grow and groom their Mo (Australian slang for moustache), raising money and awareness along the way for men’s health and the fight against prostate cancer.
