Our friend Robert Harmon from Bound In Ink is taking part in a special art show sponsored by the Liberty Bears of Philadelphia.

Calcutta House Bear Art Benefit

The 3ed Annual Collaborative Art Show collection will be going live April 17th. The opening admission fee and 20% of all the sales from the artists will be given to the Calcutta House.

Bears On The Run In The Northeast

Over the last few years outlets like Bear Radio Network, Bearapalooza and WoobieBearMusic have given Bear musicians, songwriters and performers a place to share their talents. In April five performers will head out in a van for the second leg of another musical tour.

BEARS ON THE RUN showcases the talents of Kendall (a songwriter/performance artist from Buffalo N.Y.), Matthew Temple (a folk singer/songwriter from Nashville, T.N.), Elijah Black (a rock singer/songwriter from Akron, OH), Bobaloo (a comedian from L.A.), and Shannon Grady (a singer/songwriter from Minneapolis, M.N.).

Bearapalooza Tour Coming To A City Near You

6 years ago, singer-songwriter Freddy Freeman put together a concert of musicians and performers from the Bear community and called it Bearapalooza. This year they’re back and bigger than ever.

Since that first show in 2002 in New York City, 2002, Bearapalooza has traveled around the USA , touching the lives of countless musicians and music fans, bringing a special sense of diversity and pride wherever it goes,and has grown into a national musical celebration of ursine brotherhood.
