With photographer Christopher Schulz choosing the models you know there’s going to be ample body hair and facial fuzz. This triannual publication features one model pictorial per issue. There are no words — just an exaggeration of the classic centerfold. And did you know that every issue of Pinups can be reassembled to make a 32″ x 70″ poster?

Pinups Issue 10 Launch At Blackout New York

The “flyer” for the launch is in the form of a newspaper. Friends of Pinups wrote about their morning routines for the newspaper, which can be viewed online. DJ Shannon Michael Cane will set the mood.
It’s all happening Friday, September 25, 2009, from 10PM–4AM at Blackout, 916 Manhattan Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.

Pinups 10 Features The Sexy Salaryman Scott
Written by NetBear on August 12, 2009 – 8:07 pm -In Japan they have a term for a white (or plaid) collar businessman. The “salaryman” works long hours in the corporate hierarchy. This descriptive seems to fit the theme for the new Pinups issue 10 nicely.
Issue 10 opposes the traditional storyline by featuring Scott’s morning routine. Scott wakes up, yawns, goes to the bathroom, showers, shaves, and gets dressed. Mister salaryman is ready to conquer the world, and we get to watch him get ready. Yum!

Pinups Issue 9 Launch In San Francisco

Holy furball! After months of nagging from yours truly, Schultz has planned a San Francisco launch for issue 9. It’s gonna be from 7PM–10PM on Saturday, June 20th, at the Silverman Gallery, 804 Sutter Street. The legendary After Party will start 10PM at Gang Way, 842 Larkin Street with DJ Bus Station John.
With the beach theme it makes sense that this launch will be in sunny California, right? So now… Can I see hands for who wants to come down and put some suntan lotion on Evan?

Bootleg And Pinups At Santos House Saturday

In the Bootleg basement hosts John and Alessandro will be throwing a party for the release of Pinups Magazine issue 8 and the men behind it. As we introduced a few weeks ago, Issue 8 brings together Jungo and Tony in a sexy wrestling match. They will be on hand to show you some of the moves they learned.
The legendary spin master Junior Vasquez will be throwing down a special Bootleg set as he makes sure all the guys work up a good sweat in the ballroom.

Pinups 8 Release Party This Weekend

The Issue 8 Launch Party takes place from 5PM to 7PM at Printed Matter, 195 Tenth Avenue (between 21st and 22nd street).
The After Party starts at 10PM at the Nowhere Bar, 322 E 14th Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenue, and is hosted by Jeff Jackson. We’ve seen photos of previous after parties. This is where everybody gets rowdy, randy and rambunctious!

New Pinups Magazine Coming In January
