FeedUkranian Man Becomes Bench Press King
Written by NetBear on February 17, 2008 – 8:00 pm -On February 3rd Ukranian Ryan Kennelly became a men’s bench press world record holder by lifting 1050 lbs (476.3 kg) of total weight.
He beats his own world record of 1036 lbs and the previous records men was Gene Rychlak Jr Benching with 1010. Ryan weighs in at about 290 pounds.
